David Whiting, prominenete scrittore e giornalista di artigianato, si occupa da più di 15 anni di ceramica contemporanea. Scrive per Craft Magazine e per Ceramics Monthly, e l'anno scorso ha curato la mostra dal titolo Functional Form Now alla Galerie Besson. Ha scritto articoli per il Rufford Ceramic Centre e due libri:una monografia su Ewan Henderson pubblicata da Marsdon House nel 1998, Winchcombe Pottery: The Cardew-Finch Tradtion (co-author) pubblicato da White Cockade Publishing a seguito del Leach Pottery restoration programme, e recentemente Prospect, Ten Artists in Clay, il catalogo per la Cardiff School of Art & Design.

About the Author
David Whiting is a prominent craft writer who has been active in the field of contemporary studio ceramic art for 15 years. He writes for Crafts magazine regularly as well as Ceramics Monthly, and last year curated a show at Galerie Besson entitled Functional Form Now.
