Me ne ero quasi dimenticata!!! mi era caduto l'occhio (come a tanti di voi) su questa notizia della scorsa settimana uscita su un giornale inglese.
Avete visto, cari ceramisti in lotta con i numeri, che esiste un futuro migliore ! Forse l'accesso dei cinesi al mercato non è una cosa solo negativa, la ceramica da noi un po' disprezzata da loro è considerata un'Arte con la A maiuscola. Che soddisfazione che anche al di fuori di una ristretta cerchia di addetti ai lavori e appassionati, si possa comprandere la meravigliosa magia che si trova in un semplice piatto.
Chissà che questi soldi cinesi non facciano anche del bene...io mi dedico solo alla porcellana, sono sicura che loro mi capiscono ;)

Last week this news was on every ceramists' wall, wow ceramics are finally making it big. I now it's an ancient Song, but nonetheless is a ceramic plate, and for that I feel proud. Our art, so often reguarded as minor, and for that reason incredibly cheaper that her cousin Art, is finally having a breakthrough and well...thanks to the Chinese.
I wonder if these new Chinese money will slowly change our market value ...I wuold be nice to be optimistic about the time to come.
oh by the way... I am already working with fine porcelain... ;)
