Join GAYA CAC as we begin the creation of an artistic oasis, attracting ceramicists from all over the globe for periods of focused, intense growth and creativity.
For two-month stints, we invite carefully-selected artists to bring and exchange creative energy, inspiration, ideas, contacts, concepts, techniques, and general enthusiasm for clay with our burgeoning community of artists, designers, students and patrons.
Candidates: open to all professional artists working in clay, interested in focus and exchange, exploration and exposure.
Duration: 60 days (one extended tourist visa length)
Applications collected until August for review the following year.

A non-monetary residency in which the artists stay is based entirely upon a contract of mutual benefit and exchange of creative energy, inspiration, ideas, contacts, concepts, techniques and general enthusiasm for clay.

I was there in few month ago. Nice workshop and neighborhood. I'm ceramic artist from Bandung, to Bali it takes 1 hour and 45 minutes by plane. May be in next time I really want to resident in Gaya..
