Winners Faenza 57th

57th INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION OF CONTEMPORARY CERAMIC ART
FAENZA PRIZE
“PREMIO FAENZA”
SHIGEKI HAYASHI (Japan) with the work “Koz-o Type R”
ERI DEWA (Japan) with the work “Core”
Bellisssssssimo ! Poesia della semplicità
GIOVANNI RUGGIERO (Italy) with the work “Corrispondenze cosmiche”ecco un'italiano che vive a Faenza.
TOMOKO SAKUMOTO (Japan) with the work “Form 101 Form 7”

ENZO CUCCHI
CERAMICA
The exhibition at the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza and dedicated to one of the protagonist of the contemporary art, is the first of the artist exclusively devoted to ceramics
Enzo Cucchi is one of the Italian artists who mainly obtains international honour. His creations, developed inside the Trans-vanguard movement, are characterized by a deep expressive expressionism, often devoted to subjects and landscapes of his country of origin (Marche region).
Still on at MIC is the work of austrian ceramist Thomas Bohle, definitely worth the visit !
