Anthony Foo è un bravo artista, il suo lavoro mi ricorda il magico mondo sottomarino. Il suo utilizzo di argille diverse e sopratutto di paperclay è bello e armonioso. Sono capitata per caso sul suo sito diverse volte e anche sul suo blog, che trovo interessante e ricco di informazioni tecniche. Ho appena ricevuto una mail che dice che il suo lavoro sarà presente all' Annual Show della American Ceramic Society al McGroarty Arts Center in Tujunga, CA.

Parlando di mail, anche se qui Foo non c'entra, volevo fare i complimenti pubblicamente all'amico di CV Curtis Benzle, due suoi lavori sono stati acquistati niente di meno che dal Metropolitan Museum! Che emozione !
Anthony Foo is a clever artist, his works make me think of the underwater world. His use of different clays and most importantly of paperclay is beautiful and harmonic. I've stumbled often upon Antony Foo's work, he has an interesting site and a helpful blog discussing news and technical bits. I've just received a mail saying that his work will be at this year's American Ceramic Society Annual Show at the McGroarty Arts Center in Tujunga, CA.Speaking of mail...this has nothing to do with Foo, but I want to publicly congratulated CV friend Curtis Benzle for his recent success. Two of his pieces have been acquired from nonetheless than the Metropolitan Museum ! How exciting !
